"Several months ago, I purchased some tires from this store.  They were for my son's auto ... he hit a pothole and the spring on the right front strut broke and ruined the tire. Being financially challenged, he located a second-hand strut later that day. The spring needed to be removed from the strut and put on to the original. The car was needed that night for his transportation to work.

I took a chance that we could be helped at your store.  Not only was the spring changed, but I was informed that because we had purchased road hazard coverage on the tire, we were entitled to a discount!

This was above and beyond ... I could only wish that all businesses treated their customers this way. Thanks to Dustin and Steve. We are T.O. customers for life because of you!"

"My name is Dan B____, and I'm the son of Jack and Jo B___, who visited your North Platte store unexpectedly yesterday afternoon. They were driving from Chicago to Denver to come see their newborn Grandson. Around 2:30pm, their 2010 Acura MDX impacted the right rear tire of a semi, sending the car spinning into a ditch. The force of the impact chewed up their right front tire, and somehow lodged grass clippings in the mounts between two other tires/wheels.

Upon recommendation from a local Firestone store, we were informed that you had a very odd-sized tire that they needed in stock. The whole 'entourage' arrived fairly close to the time you closed up shop. They were met by Jack, who I believe is your store manager. I was informed that Jack (and the rest of your staff) was not only helpful, but also extraordinarily informative and empathetic. They even brought my Dad into the shop when the vehicle was up on the lift to show him that everything was just fine underneath the car.

It's one thing to be a tire shop, install the product that is sold and send your clients on their way. It's entirely another to go above and beyond the expected without prompting to ensure the safety of a family traveling in an unfamiliar area.
