Each facility retains highly qualified automotive technicians
who are certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (or equivalent).

You will be provided a written estimate. The cost of work performed will not exceed the
written estimate by more than 10% unless authorized by you in advance.

Repairs, including parts and labor, are covered by a nationwide warranty of
12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first (unless otherwise noted on the repair order).

As evidence of the work performed, all replaced parts will be returned to you upon request,
with the exception of those that must be returned to the manufacturer under a warranty or exchange program.

In the event of a repair dispute between you and an AAA Approved Care Facility,
AAA will investigate and mediate the case. The AAA Approved Care Facility will accept AAA's decision.
